Kattalai (film)

Kattalai 1993 is a Tamil film starring Sathyaraj and Bhanupriya. The films score and soundtrack were composed by Illayaraja. The film was one of the front runners in 1993 and was directed by Liaquat Ali Khan. It was released after Sathyarajs blockbuster, Walter Vetrivel.

Due to its release after Sathyarajs blockbuster hit, Walter Vetrivel, this film generated high expectations among Sathyaraj fans and Tamil movie buffs. However, the movie fell short of these expectations and settled as an average grosser.
